An exquisite townhouse for 10-12 people overlooking the stunning Hampton Court Palace and River Thames
A unique and glorious location. Only metres from Hampton Court Palace & River Thames. Walking distance from Royal Bushy Park, boutique eateries and a station into central London. This splendid house is an incredible place to stay for events and holidays.
We booked the house as HQ for our daughter’s wedding at Hampton Court House. It’s a huge town house with lots of room for the 10 of us + 3 dogs. We had family and friends staying next door at The Mitre - and we used the Mute Swan pub for lots of socializing. All I can say is we were incredibly fortunate to find this amazing house - it really made the best base camp for a fabulous weekend. Could not fault this lovely house! Thank you Philippa for being a wonderful host!

Great location. We spend 4 days with the family. A superb location close to the train station for getting into London. The village is truly lovely and the house itself was more the 5 stars. Great view at the castle and nice pub and coffee bar neighbors. High quality. Would recommend this location and house next to the Thames.

PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS

Somehow, after Storm Ciaran, ten people arrived safe, sound from Belfast, Swanage, Scarborough and London. To be joined daily by four others and a dog. Masses of space and fantastic location for varied activities: Attending a Conference in London, a Rugby game in Twickenham, visiting Hampton Court, walks along the river and in Bushy Park. Great meals at Dish and Prince of Wales, plus take-out Pizzas from Pizza Express. Table tennis in the yard was a bonus for youngsters and almost everyone had a go with a 1000 piece jigsaw, which was finally completed on the 3rd day. A very special and memorable three generational family reunion after four years. PS: Mattress in main bedroom so comfortable.

The house is lovely, spacious and homely. Everything prepared nicely, even decorated for Christmas. The location is perfect.

Fantastic experience all round. Stunning house in spectacular location. Everything needed on our doorstep. Philippa is everything and more a superhost should be. A little hiccup with a shortage of wine glasses given we were a party of 10 which was fixed very generously the next day. I’d have no hesitation staying again and look forward to doing so very soon. Don’t think twice about booking this beautiful home, do it!

A FABULOUS THREE DAYS
Spent a fabulous three days over Christmas in this delightful home. The location is absolutely perfect for walking along the river or around Bushey Park and of course Hampton Court Palace is directly across the road. The station is five minutes walk with trains into Central London. I would definitely recommend this home.

Great house in a great location with a great host! A group of 9 of us plus our furry friend had a lovely stay at Philippa’s house for a long weekend over the May bank holiday. Everything was as described and Philippa would respond to messages very quickly when we had a question. She was flexible with our check in and out too! The BBQ and table tennis table on the terrace were a great addition for an evening of entertainment! We visited Hampton Court Palace just across the road along with a few visits to some great local pubs … we would recommend The Albion about a 5/10 minute walk away! Parking was convenient at the nearby train station. We also had a trip to Twickenham which we accessed via Uber and Lime Bikes! We would definitely stay there again!
